Last week I had a tension migraine that kept me bed ridden all weekend. From my neck to my jaw and cranium- radiating pain.𼴠That make you feel like youâre in a hazy dream that you canât escape.
After resting and applying topical oils I added 2 drops marjoram, 1 drop turmeric and 2 drops Copaiba to a veggie capsule and voilĂĄ!
Within a half hour, less tension and within an hour I felt like the pain clouds finally were clearing.
Marjoram is a powerful analgesic when used topically as well as when taken internally. Also known to help support the body lower blood pressure this oil has so many uses (not just a cook-with-it oil đť).
